• Prepare and serve meals tailored to the client's dietary requirements

• Remind clients to take their essential medications

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks

• Provide safe assistance in the bathroom

• Offer guidance for dressing, grooming, and bathing

• Change linens and bedding

• Conduct grocery shopping

• Schedule and arrange appointments

• Provide transportation and accompany clients on errands, doctor visits, and outings

• Read aloud to clients

• Assist with pet care

• Engage in friendly conversations daily

• Play games like cards, checkers, Scrabble, etc.

• Observe and report changes in the client's physical and mental condition

• Support clients in maintaining their independence to the fullest extent possible
